While quality is our top priority, we understand that occasional issues may occur. This policy outlines the circumstances under which returns and refunds are applicable.
1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are only offered when an issue arises as a direct result of an error on our part. Eligible cases may include:
- Misaligned or overlapping designs
- Printing defects or malfunctions originating from our production process
If you believe your order qualifies for a refund or reprint based on the above, you must notify us within 7 calendar days of receiving your shipment.
2. Responsibility for Customer-Submitted Artwork
Please be advised that we print all submitted designs exactly as uploaded. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that:
- Artwork meets required file specifications and resolution standards
- All text, elements, and layout are correct and final at the time of submission
Spreading Ink Co is not responsible for printing outcomes resulting from low-quality, incorrect, or flawed artwork provided by the customer.
3. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for the following:
- Poor resolution, formatting issues, or design flaws in artwork provided by the customer
- Requests for changes made after order processing has begun
- Any dissatisfaction not directly related to a production error on our end
By submitting your order, you confirm that you have reviewed all files and understand these terms.
4. How to Submit a Return or Refund Request
To initiate a return or refund request:

Attach clear photographs that illustrate the defect or error
Our quality assurance team will evaluate your request and respond within 2–3 business days with a resolution, which may include a reprint, partial credit, or full refund if deemed appropriate.
